Our exhibit during DOST National Science, Technology, and Innovation 2023, featuring  "A Concept Model of a Localized Ballast Water Treatment Plant Designed for Use on Domestic Ships: addressing compliance with MARPOL Annex VII Regulation," garnered significant interest from numerous students. To enhance our outreach efforts, we allowed them to operate the machine, aiming to inspire students to pursue degrees at our school by showcasing the enjoyment and simplicity of operating machinery aboard ships.
